We respect your privacy. This policy explains how Cremcat Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) handles information for our mobile apps (including Recipe Ninja) and our website at cremcatlabs.com.
1) What we collect
Account/Contact info (if you email us or create an in-app account): name, email address.
App data you choose to save: e.g., favorites, custom recipes, likes, or shares.
Device & diagnostics: device model, OS version, crash logs; used to improve reliability.
Advertising data (if ads are enabled): anonymized identifiers used by our ad provider (see Advertising).
2) How we use data
Provide core features (saving recipes, restoring purchases, syncing where available).
Improve app performance, quality, and support.
Process in-app purchases (e.g., “Remove Ads”).
Show non-intrusive ads if you haven’t removed ads.
3) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with:
Service providers (e.g., Apple/Google for purchases, analytics/hosting, email support).
Ad networks (only if ads are enabled in your app; see below).
Legal authorities when required to comply with law.
4) Advertising & purchases
Some versions of Recipe Ninja display banner or rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. You can remove ads via the in-app purchase “Remove Ads.” Ads are intended to be family-friendly and do not use tracking that requires Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency prompt.
5) Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed to operate the app and meet legal obligations.
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access or misuse.
6) Your choices & rights
You can request deletion of your in-app data and any account we hold for you.
Contact us to access, correct, or delete information we store.
7) Children
Our apps are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal info, contact us so we can delete it.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. We’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, provide notice in-app.
